Guinness World Record Broken By Michelle Bridges
April 10, 2014, New York— This morning, Michelle Bridges, Australia’s most celebrated fitness guru and star of Biggest Loser: Australia, broke the Guinness World Record for “Largest Exercise Ball Class” live on NBC’s TODAY. A total of 353 New Yorkers eagerly gathered at 30 Rockefeller Plaza as Bridges led a 30-minute outdoor exercise in celebration of the April 8th launch of her new book, Total Body Transformation (Random House).
With her acclaimed online weight loss program, 12-Week Body Transformation, Bridges has inspired her countrymen and women to lose more than two million pounds. Her success overseas has inspired her to launch the program stateside earlier in 2014, helping the American people change their mindsets, their bodies and their lives.
Now, in Total Body Transformation, she shares her unique exercise, nutrition, and mindset program, which shows readers how to transform their body in just 90 days. Her goal: To help people lose weight rapidly and keep it off for good. Michelle is the leader of a movement, and it’s time the US market be let in on the magic of her method to “get the skinny on.”
After successfully breaking the World Record, Con Agra and P&G donated 100,000 meals to Feeding America® on behalf of Michelle Bridges and her efforts.
